  • Delivery timelines typically range from 3–14 business days, depending on the destination and courier partner availability.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, transportation delays, or regional service disruptions.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Any free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on our website and promotional materials.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

  • Customers can use the tracking details to monitor the status of their shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Delayed or Lost Shipments

Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged package or product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photographs of the package and product.

  • A complete, continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the package from all sides and the entire opening process.

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
