Refund policy

At Magic Trinkets, we take great care to ensure that every product meets our quality standards before dispatch. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly.

1. Eligibility for Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Returns, replacements, or refunds are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.

  • The product received has a manufacturing defect.

  • An incorrect product has been delivered.

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Personal dislike of the design, size, colour, or style.

  • Minor colour variations caused by photography, lighting, or screen settings.

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Damage caused by improper handling, misuse, or negligence after delivery.

Custom-made, personalized, or specially ordered products are strictly non-returnable, non-replaceable, and non-refundable.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, customers must provide a clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video.

The video must:

  • Begin before opening the package.

  • Clearly show the sealed package from all sides (360° view).

  • Capture the complete unboxing process without any cuts, pauses, edits, or interruptions.

  • Clearly show the damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product.

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be considered.

3. Reporting Timeline

Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Please share:

  • Order number.

  • Clear photographs of the product.

  • Complete unboxing video.

Claims raised after 24 hours from the delivery time will not be eligible for review.

4. Replacement & Refund Policy

If a claim is approved, we will provide a replacement of the same product, subject to availability.

If the same product is unavailable, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds are provided only when a replacement is not possible.

Approved replacements or refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after verification and receipt of the returned product, where applicable.

5. Return Process

As we currently do not offer reverse pickup services, customers are required to arrange return shipping to the address provided by our support team.

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • All tags, accessories, invoices, and complimentary items must be included.

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

Once the returned product is received, our team will inspect it and notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your claim.

6. Shipping Charges

The cost of returning the product to us shall be borne by the customer.

For approved replacement requests, Magic Trinkets will bear the shipping cost of sending the replacement product to the customer.
